Directly responsible for supervision of Meat Cutters, Meat Cutter Trainees and Market Associates. Accountable for profitability of the store department. Schedule and train department associates. Order product and maintain inventory control. Conduct the physical inventory of all product on hand each period. Maintain daily sanitation of department.
