Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in the daily Food and Beverage operation. Oversees daily dining room activities, assists in catering. Works with staff to help control safety and sanitation. Ensures client, customer and employee satisfaction. Oversees the daily operations of the restaurant and bar departments. Seasonal position March 31st - November 27th.
