Responsible for the overall sales, merchandise maintenance, and supervision of the hourly associates and specialists in the assigned departments. Maintains departments according to company merchandising standards and store operations policies. Maximizes sales of department products. Ensures that all merchandise and operational activities take place on a consistent basis. Makes recommendations to improve and enhance company merchandise and operational policies and procedures. Responsible for opening and closing activities as scheduled.
