Administrative Assistant - Luray

Sales & Marketing.  Job duties include (but not limited to):  Assist with marketing & sales projects; Assist with incoming group & event details;  Responsible for monitoring group block release dates.  Coordinate guided hiking programs; set up packages with rates-inventory; Handles incoming guest inquiries; reservations; deposits; Provides monthly group revenue updates;  Maintain log of collateral inventory and distribution points; Take reservations and assist with printed materials for special events; Coordinate travel plans;  Prepare expense reports. Requirements include (but are not limited to):  Excellent communication, customer service, and written skills.  Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-through skills. Must be able to complete assigned tasks with minimum or no supervision. Must be able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
