The Customer Service Representative will respond to inbound telephone inquiries and email requests from Higher One accountholders. Customer service representatives serve as the first contact with card holders. In this role you will assist customers with questions and issues regarding their accounts. Currently recruiting in CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, and VA only. Available hours are Monday through Friday, between 8am-11pm EST, between 15-30 hours per week. Pay scale is between $10 and $12 to start.
