The Medical Practice Manager will maintain a stable work environment for all staff and handle Medical Records duties as outlined. Oversight of daily operations of office and staffing. Establishment and maintenance of operating budget. Resolution of patient complaints. Coordination of office meetings. Conducts annual staff evaluations, as well as training and coaching of staff. Must be able to effectively communicate with providers. Bachelor’s Degree or five years of management experience managing required. $18.21 - $23.67/hr.
