Duties will include the maintenance and repair of heat and air units, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and appliances, general carpentry duties, debris and abandoned property removal, etc. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years experience in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
