HR Manager – Front Royal

Distribution Center HR Manager. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administration of corporate HR policies and procedures. Responsible for conducting interviews, coordination of screening, selection and placement of new associates. Processing of pay increases, job code changes, promotions, transfers as needed. Coordination of worker’s compensation claims. Responsible for administering HR functions for approximately 225 employees.
