This position is 100% customer service related. Team members are responsible for the following tasks: conducting welcome calls, providing product education, reservation assistance, communication and coordination with sales centers, provide tracking programs and performance reports, management of customer/owner database, facilitate point-of-sale training and processing of arrivals, implement comprehensive and structured contact process with discovery service team clients, generate direct sales via targeted leads and personal referrals.
