PC Tech – Work From Home

Provides premium advanced computer support and superior customer service. Uses advanced technical knowledge and problem solving techniques to identify, isolate and resolve computer hardware, software and security related issues beyond the scope of the data technical support technicians. Provides connectivity and network technical support. Supports third party devices such as routers, hubs, switches, printers, web cams, and operations such as file sharing and printer sharing. Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High School or GED diploma or equivalent experience.
  2. Basic PC Hardware and software troubleshooting experience and knowledge
  3. Basic PC Operating System knowledge: (XP: Vista: Windows 7)
  4. Basic knowledge of "AV" Anti Virus Software
  5. Basic knowledge of networking and peripheral devices
  6. Ability to understand and trouble shoot complex PC hardware & software issues
  7. Strong customer service skills.
  8. Knowledge of POP email clients
  9. Microsoft Suite Knowledge
  10. OS reinstall knowledge and experience
