Duties include complex professional and administrative work in assisting the Town Manager in a variety of assignments relating to planning, enforcement of the zoning/subdivision ordinances, review of site/subdivision plans, review and issuance of zoning permits. Candidates must have excellent communication and organization skills, ability to read and interpret site plans, possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in planning, social sciences, public administration or a related field and at least two years of progressively responsible experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
