Serve food and beverages to guests. Serves the number of tables as designated including the number of turns per shift. Must be able to work all shifts and all days of the week including holidays and weekends. Job Tasks: Acknowledges all guests in timely and pleasant manner. Has knowledge of daily specials, menu items, liquor/wine selections and prices. Upsells to maximize guest check average. Properly documents all orders and understands operation of pre-check machine. Delivers all food and beverages in a timely, efficient manner. Follows up with all guests to assure satisfaction, monitors all guest comments, addresses appropriately and, if possible,resolves guest complaints and informs management in a timely manner.
