Works closely with the F&B Manager to oversee daily operations for the F&B Dept on a profitable basis. Supervisory duties include inventory control measures, purchasing supplies, and scheduling and managing labor hours. Oversees day to day operations. Develop and implement standards of quality and performance in all phases of operations.
