Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - SNP

Seasonal.  Oversee daily restaurant operations and all catering functions.  Serve guests in a warm, professional and accommodating manner.  Expected to meet and exceed guests' service standards and expectations.  Maintain a positive work environment. Control costs and prepare various operational reports as required. Assist Executive Chef in creating menu and catering packages. Successful candidates will possess 3-5 years industry experience.  Fine dining experience a plus.
