The HR Specialist role will be responsible to perform a wide range of HR generalist duties including job postings, labor/employee relations, employee development, talent and performance management, coaching, and change management. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum of three (3) years of HR generalist experience in a union manufacturing environment that includes employee relations, change management, talent management, coaching and development.
